Sev Krasniqi | Owner
Sev Krasniqi, our Lead Care Provider, is a caring and dedicated childcare professional who is passionate about creating a warm, positive, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to grow. With a background in Chemical Engineering and extensive medical and healthcare training, Sev brings a unique combination of educational, analytical, and caregiving skills to her work with children.
Sev has specialized experience providing care and support for children with Type 1 diabetes, including understanding the importance of blood sugar monitoring, recognizing potential concerns, and following appropriate care routines. Her medical knowledge and attention to detail allow her to provide an added level of confidence and reassurance to families while ensuring each child receives attentive, individualized care.
Sev understands that every child is unique and takes the time to learn each child's personality, interests, strengths, and individual needs. She believes children thrive when they feel understood, supported, and encouraged, and she works to create an environment where every child can learn, explore, build independence, and develop confidence.
